Setting Qualifying Fees for 2010 Election  

Notice of Candidacy  

Notice of Candidacy and Affidavit (County/Municipality)  for the July 20, 2010 General Primary
Document to be completed on screen, then printed and signed.
The document is designed to be printed duplex on 8 ½ x 14 paper.


Qualifying Information  
Qualifying for the General Election for Non Partisan and Independent candidates will be held:
  beginning Monday, June 28 at 9:00 a.m.  
  through Friday, July 2, 2010 at 12:00 p.m.  
  Per O.C.G.A 21-2-132, the candidate, or the candidate’s representative, must submit a completed Notice of Candidacy and remit the listed qualifying fee made payable to the “Superintendent of Elections” during the qualifying period.
Qualifying for these local races will be conducted at the office of the Board of Elections of Chatham County:

Qualifying for the following list of offices will be held in the Secretary of State’s Elections Division Office.

As outlined by Georgia law, the qualifying fee will be paid to the Secretary of State
